This private yard made a pleasant place to work.
After a complete tear-out, we framed up the new basic shape. New footings were dug and poured.
Here all of the floor joists are installed.
With all of the blocking and joist tape down we are ready for decking.
For this project, we are using a "FusionLoc" fastener. This is a premium fastener that any board can easily be replaced.
We contoured the deck around the existing rock retaining wall.
This project is getting its final cleanup.
What a great new space!
