We do projects of all sizes. Some projects need a designer while others projects can be communicated with simple line drawings. With the scope of the project line out we will put together a proposal for us both to agree to. Than we can schedule our start date.
Let the work begin. Once we start a project we do not start a new project until it is finished. Seasonally we build 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday). Each night we leave you a clean job site. We are all friendly and happy to communicate daily.
Some projects require us to pour concrete. When this situation happens our first week goals have us tear out the original structure. Digg footing holes, frame up the basic shape, and pour the footing by the end of the day Friday. this gives us a long weekend for the concrete to cure.
Prior to installing the decking, we do a framing walk-through. A senior builder checks every connection for proper fastening. This is a process we invite our customers to join. For a little piece of mind.
The fun starts when the decking is laid. We use premium hidden fasteners designed to go along with our synthetic decking.
When we are all finished we do a final walk-through with our customers. Extra attention is paid to leaving a clean job site and moving any furniture back onto your deck. It is time to enjoy your low-maintenance deck!
