This inner SE Portland home was transformed with a new patio and French door. Following the plans a landscape artist devised, we built this awesome project. A French door was installed where a window used to be. The TimberTech AZEK deck, skirting and handrail top-cap will last decades. This NE Portland project was designed around the desire for a hot tub. This complete re-build provides a covered space for lounging. The AZEK decking will provide a lifetime of maintenance-free living space.

The ground-level patio is decked with TimberTech AZEK. Slate Gray from the Harvest Collection. The cedar framed handrail is in-filled with black Wild Hog Panels. The patio cover is also cedar framed and clad with gray metal roofing.

This large resurface in SW Portland has TimberTech AZEK Castle Gray decking from the Landmark collection. The upper deck and stairs handrails are a commercial quality stainless steel cable with a all aluminum frame.
In Laker Oswego, we completely refurbished this older deck. We added Trex RainEscape to the upper levels. The stainless steel cable and cedar framed handrail almost disappear.

Like most homes built in the '90s and 2000s, this large deck had a good frame just the handrail and decking needed to be replaced. TimberTech Terrain Stone Ash. Commercial grade aluminum handrail with stainless steal cable.

This Selwood home's cedar deck was ready for resurfacing. This deck was very well built, the decking had reached the end of its lifespan. We resurfaced this deck with AZEK TimberTech English Walnut with a steel Fortress Iron handrail.
What a simple staircase that will last with little maintenance. We used AZEK TimberTech Kona for this project. We used all Cortex hidden fasteners for the decking. The aluminum grab rail will never rot.
This SW Portland deck needed a beam replacement, joists replaced, and a whole new staircase. We used TimberTech Terrain Stone Ash for this project. The cap to the handrail is AZEK Castle Gray. The cedar framed handrail is filled with black Wild Hog panels.
This SE Portland client bought a cedar hot tub and wanted a deck and a cover to go over it. We matched the existing cedar decking. The cedar framed patio cover has Cool Blue Acrylite Wave panels using SkyLift roof risers.
