This project had a painted wood surface and a wobbly handrail. The customer wanted a maintenance-free surface and a safe handrail for their tenants.
The sub-structurer was in good shape, just needing a few repairs. New cedar 4x4 handrail posts installed.
The cedar-framed patio cover has clear Suntuf panels installed providing a 10-year warranty.
The cedar handrail has aluminum pickets.
The AZEK decking is also installed on the cedar handrail. Capping wood handrails with AZEK makes for a great maintenance-free handrail cap.
We are so proud of this project. The black gutter ties together perfectly with the handrail.
